Balloon Hoops are usually the focal point of the event.  They make for excellent photo shoots for a single person or a group, add a chair for gift unwrapping and your all set.  PARTY PLUS now has hoops in smaller sizes to accommodate the smaller children.  This is a delivery and set-up item.
